Do you know this bicycle?
Up to WH3
Tuesday evening, I was behind the car that hit the rider that was on the bicycle pictured below. While we were strapping the rider to the board for transport to Grady; I put my name, phone number, and address (including a statement saying that I had their bike) in their front-left jacket pocket. This information was also provided to the APD officer taking making the report. I have not heard from anyone; victim, or police.

Obviously, Grady isn't going to release information concerning a patient, to a person whom is not immediately related.
If you know the person to whom this bicycle belongs, please contact me. I'd like to know if they are alright (their external injuries were minor, but internal injuries are more than likely), and return their bike!
The bicycle isn't in bad shape, considering the particulars of the hit. The front wheel is a total loss. The shifter for the front gears is destroyed. The front forks might be twisted, but it's difficult to tell with the wheel still on. The frame is fine, and the rest seems sound.
